| 1. | Disconnect the negative cable from the battery first, then disconnect the positive cable. |
| 2. | Remove the front emblem cover. |
| 3. | Disconnect the hood switch connector (A), and remove the harness clamps (B) and water pipe mounting bolts (C).

| 4. | Remove the radiator upper bracket mounting bolts (A), then remove the bulkhead (B).
|
| 5. | Disconnect the A/C compressor clutch connector (A), and remove the connector from the bracket (B), then remove the two bolts (C) securing the A/C condenser fan shroud.
|
| 6. | Disconnect the fan motor connector (D), and remove the harness clamps (E), then remove the A/C condenser fan shroud (F). |
| 7. | Remove the drive belt. |
| 8. | Remove the A/C line from the clamp (A).
|
| 9. | Disconnect the alternator connector (B), BLK wire (C) from the alternator. |
| 10. | Remove the harness clamp (D) from the alternator. |
| 11. | Remove the four bolts, then remove the alternator oil shield (A) and the alternator (B).
|
| 1. | Install the alternator (A) and the alternator oil shield (B).
|
| 2. | Connect the alternator connector (A), BLK wire (B) to the alternator.
|
| 3. | Install the harness clamp (C) to the alternator. |
| 4. | Install the A/C line (D) on the clamp (E). |
| 5. | Install the drive belt. |
| 6. | Install the A/C condenser fan shroud (A), then connect the fan motor connector (B), and install the harness clamps (C).
|
| 7. | Connect the A/C compressor clutch connector (D), and install the connector to the bracket (E). |
| 8. | Install the bulkhead (A), then install the radiator upper bracket mounting bolts (B).
|
| 9. | Apply body paint to the bulkhead mounting bolts. |
| 10. | Connect the hood switch connector (A), and install the harness clamps (B) and water pipe mounting bolts (C).
|
| 11. | Install the front emblem cover. |
| 12. | Connect the positive cable to the battery first, then connect the negative cable. |
| 13. | Set the clock. |
| 14. | Do the power window control unit reset procedure. |
