| 1. | Remove the engine cover. |
| 2. | Remove the bolts, then move the expansion tank. NOTE: Do not disconnect the lines. |
| 3. | Remove the oil level gauge bolt (A). Remove the nuts (B), and the bolts (C) and EGR valve (D).

| 4. | Install the valve in the reverse order of removal and gasket (E). |
